Shipping & Returns

As a general rule we do not ship merchandise. 

All merchandise is picked up by appointment or during one of our public garage sales.

Customers who place orders must set up an appointment to come and pick up their orders in Bismarck, North Dakota. Whether you attend one of our public or private garage sales or do curbside pickup, the customer always has a chance to look at the merchandise before they pay for it and if they change their mind about buying any item they had ordered and are now picking up, they may refuse all or part of their order on pickup.

Returns

We sell a lot of used merchandise. Because of that, all sales are final except in rare cases. For example, sometimes we have no way to test electronics so in those cases we would take it back and refund your money if you got it home and it did not work.

There may be a few other cases where we would take something back, so if you feel that applies to you, please contact us and let us know what the problem is.

All returns have to be approved before you return anything.

We only accept approved returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase date.
