Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item or items must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Because we sell a lot of used merchandise you will need to email us within 3 days after you pick up your item or items or within 3 days of receiving a shipped item or items and let us know what the problem is with the item or items. We will then let you know if we will take the return and then you have 30 days to get the item back to us. No refund will be given until we have the item.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {320 N. Griffin St., Bismarck, ND 58501}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
