Welcome to LLE Garage Sale by Appointment
We sincerely hope you have a great shopping experience while on our website. We are a garage sale store so most items we sell are used, though some are new. We also sell craft items which are new.
Because of a new North Dakota Law which went into effect in August of 2024 we can only sell our merchandise by appointment, because our garage sale items are in our home.
On our “Contact Us” form we offer “Private Garage Sale”, “Curbside Pickup”, “Consignment Dropoff” and “Consignment Meeting”.
If you choose “Private Garage Sale” then you come into our home and browse all of our merchandise, we have for sale. Some items are oversized and stored in a different area of our home so you would have to ask to see those items.
If you choose “Curbside Pickup” you may stay in your vehicle, and we will bring the merchandise you have asked for to you and you would have to pay for it at that time. All sales are “Cash” or “PayPal” sales.
If you choose “Consignment Meeting”, this is for people who want to place items in our store for sale. We do not accept items which have to be stored outside or in the garage as we have no room for those kind of items. We accept small items and especially craft items on consignment. If you are not sure about the items you want to sell, set up an appointment so we can discuss the items you would like to place on consignment or use our contact us page to ask.
There is also a choice of “Consignment Dropoff”, choose this only if you have spoken to us first and your consignment items have been okayed for us to sell.
We charge sales tax on everything because our garage sale is not considered an occasional sale like most garage sales. We sell merchandise all year by appointment and through our public garage sales. We have 4 public garage sales a year.
