We sell a lot of used merchandise. Because of that, all sales are final except in rare cases. For example, sometimes we have no way to test electronics so in those cases we would take it back and refund your money if you got it home and it did not work.

There may be a few other cases where we would take something back, so if you feel that applies to you, please contact us and let us know what the problem is.

All returns have to be approved before you return anything.

Shipping Returns

If you paid shipping when you bought the product, in the case of a return, shipping will not be refunded and if you are approved to return an item you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
